Any Swarovski crystal jewelry item or items purchased from our website and returned will incur a restocking fee of 11%.  If you have any questions about products please inquire before ordering.  

If you need to return your purchase, please notify us within 2-3 days of your delivery. You can notify us by telephone or email. Only then can we issue a refund. Please send the item or items back in their original package. We recommend that you insure the package and we will need to receive it within 7-10 business days.  Once we receive your returned package a refund will be issued. Other fees you inquire to insure the package will not be refunded.

 No returned items will be refunded after two weeks of receiving your order.  If you failed to notify us for a return you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
