Shipping
Shipping is a fixed fee for orders that are shipped nationwide except for Hawaii, Alaska and international countries. Orders are shipped US Postal Service. Email for priority mail and international shipping costs.

Returns
There are no refunds or exchanges unless prior consent was made. Choose carefully. If you have any questions please email us before ordering and a response to your email will be sent as soon as possible.

Personal Checks
Personal checks will not be accepted.. Please purchase items using money orders or cashier's checks. Please make money orders or cashier's checks to Najla's Creative Designs. You can mail them to PO BOX 570065, Orlando Fl, 32857-0065. The items will be mailed out to you once your money order or cashier's check is received.

NOTE:The costumes are purchased through Paypal. If you are not a Paypal member you can join here.
